Making something new out of the old is called upcycling, but for Saveriako, it’s a real passion. At Saveriako Stay, we have transformed a former farm into a haven of creativity and tranquility. Set in the heart of an olive grove on the north coast of Crete, we offer four beautifully designed apartments. Our interiors feature recycled materials and hand-made creations, many in the iconic blue and white colors of Greece. Each space is lovingly crafted to inspire rest, reflection, and artistic expression.

 The little farm is self-sufficient as possible. The eggs for breakfast come from their happy chickens, and the olive oil and vegetables come from their own grove or permaculture garden. The interior is almost entirely vintage and recycled. The water is heated year-round by their own solar panels, and the plants are watered with wastewater from the bistro. The couple also support the locals as best they can; for example, you can arrange a rental car from genuine Cretan companies through them.

If you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, the beautiful bays around Agia Pelagia are just a few minutes away by car. This small coastal town is located half an hour west of Crete's capital, Heraklion, and with its taverns and bobbing fishing boats, it looks exactly like a Greek holiday resort.
